01. General Machine & Venue Rules

By entering Highscore Arcade, you agree to treat our classic and modern machines with respect. Rough handling, hitting the cabinets, or spilling food and drinks on the control panels is strictly prohibited.

Any guest found intentionally damaging equipment will be asked to leave the premises immediately and may be held liable for repair costs. Keep all beverages in the designated lounge areas.

02. Leaderboards & Fair Play

Our competitive leaderboards represent the highest standard of arcade achievement. We maintain a strict fair-play policy.

• Exploiting hardware glitches or modifying cabinets to achieve higher scores is forbidden.
• Staff members reserve the right to verify high scores before they are officially recorded.
• We retain the authority to remove any score from the digital leaderboards if foul play is suspected.

03. Party Bookings & Cancellations

When reserving the venue or specific areas for parties and events, an advance deposit is required to secure your date.

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled party will forfeit the deposit. Modifications to the guest count or package type must be confirmed 48 hours before the event begins.
